Our fully automated facility uses the most modern equipment for testing, recharging and recertification of all types of extinguishers and cylinders.

	Galiso REC Open A Hydrostatic Testing System Hydrostatic Testing on High Pressure Cylinders is perfomed with a state-of-the-art Galiso REC Open A Test System. This system has been carefully designed to reduce the time required to perform the re-qualification process of high pressure cylinders. The equipment used insures greater productivity and accuracy than is possible with manual cylinder testing equipment. We are a DOT Approved Cylinder Requalification Facility. We have the ability to Hydrotest cylinders with test pressures up to 10,000 psi. We also have the capability to Hydrotest DOT 4,500psi and 6,000 psi Special Permit Cylinders.
	Hydrotest Test Jacket We hydrotest varied sizes of Steel, Aluminum, Composite and Exemption Cylinders. We are a DOT Approved Cylinder Requalification Facility, with the ability to test cylinders with test pressures up to 10,000 psi. We also have the capability to test DOT 4,500 psi and 6,000 psi Special Permit Cylinders.

	HFC 227 Reclaim/Recycle/Recharge System Reclaim/Recycle/Recharge system used for Halon 1301 and FM200 high pressure system cylinders
	Mobile Recharge Unit Our Mobile Recharge Unit can service all types of fire extinguishers at your place of business. Our Mobile Recharge Unit is equipped with a closed recovery system, resulting in little dry chemical discharge into the air.
	Dry Chemical Inspection & Recharge station 6 year Maintenance, Inspection and Recharging of all sizes of ABC and BC Dry Chemical Extinguishers. When Inspecting and Refilling Extinguishers we use a VacuFill Dual Hopper Recovery System.
	Optical Plus Our Optical Plus Visual Inspection Tool is a microscope with an angled lens which allow us to magnify up to 4x when inspecting cylinders for internal damage or deformities. The magnification allows us to find cracks or damage that may be overlooked during simple manual visual inspections.
	Snap On Camera Inspection Tool Our Snap-On Camera Inspection Tools allows us to find and photograph any deformities or discrepancies in cylinders during our thorough visual inspections. This tool has the capability of 2x magnification to best show imperfections or deformities present in cylinders.
